1/28/2024 0 Comments Warehouse inventory manager* Identify and analyze product trends by supplier and by SKU Assist with GSO s (General Store Orders) as needed * Review and analyze all changes to product conversions, deletions and additions to determine impact on inventory requirements * Ensure all implant inventory is tracked according to our policy and procedures * Interface with and propose solutions to the Chief Operating Officer and Warehousing & Logistics Manager regarding all issues related to inventory * Assist Warehouse Logistics Manager in preparing warehouse Key Performance Indicator report. * Work to minimize inventory write-off s due to expired or obsolete inventory Work to ensure warehouse achieves inventory metric goals * Work to minimize non-moving or slow moving inventory SKU s * Evaluate inventory levels, making adjustments to inventory min/max levels, safety stock, lead time, and inventory formulas to ensure sufficient supply to meet customers needs while maintaining targeted inventory turns * Facilitate excess inventory reduction by returning excess products to vendors timely * Communicate all significant inventory information to the Warehousing & Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Management to help facilitate shortage detection * Ensure that all inventory policies are being followed by all employees Daily Charge verification and report any discrepancies to finance Provide training to all Inventory Analysts and Implant Coordinators * Utilize system reports and knowledge of warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records Assist with warehouse functions as needed * Maintain accurate inventory levels with an emphasis on service levels and inventory turns. SUPERVISES Inventory Analyst and Implant Coordinator SUPERVISOR Chief Operating Officer or Director of CSC Operations The Inventory Manager is responsible for the hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of the Inventory Analyst and Implant Coordinator. The Inventory/Implant Manager is responsible in training personnel on all inventory handling and overseeing workflow and warehouse functions surrounding inventory and implant supplies. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES The Inventory/Implant Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all warehouse inventories, while achieving the company s inventory service level goals.
